about wok
A wok is a type of pan. It is used in China and Southeast Asia for stir-frying and pan-frying. Stir-frying is the process of cooking a dish in a wok over high heat. You’ll typically add vegetables and sauces to the wok in order to achieve a certain flavor. This results in dishes that are flavorful, but also dry. To achieve the right flavor, you want to use a low temperature. But high heat will also quickly cook the dish, which will dry it out. To achieve the right flavor and moisture content, you need to cook with a medium-low heat. If you cook too low, you won’t achieve that. However, if you cook too high, your dish will be soggy and not taste as good. A wok is very good for this type of cooking because it’s a flat bottom pan. This means that the wok is good for getting good heat at the bottom and in the middle. The sides of the wok aren’t so good. So, if you have a pan that’s not flat, then you may not be able to achieve the desired result.

Seasoning
The first step in cooking chicken is to decide if you are going to use a wok or a frying pan. A wok is a small, deep pan and is perfect for stir-frying. The cook sets the wok over high heat and then adds oil to the wok to create a hot steam. Next, the cook adds the chicken, making sure to keep the chicken pieces small enough that they won’t fall through the holes of the wok. Once the chicken has been added, the cook adds a small amount of oil to the wok and then adds one or two cloves of garlic, which have been peeled and sliced into small pieces. The cook then adds one or two slices of fresh ginger and one or two small green onions, which have been sliced into thin pieces. After the onions, the cook adds a small amount of Sesame oil, which is used to add flavor to the food. The cook then adds one to three tablespoons of rice wine, which is used to give the food a special flavor. The cook continues to add the chicken and onions to the wok as it continues to cook. As the wok cooks, the heat circulates around the wok, which makes the food cook evenly.
