1 teaspoon of vinegar.
To Cook:
1. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
2. Fry the onion for 5 minutes.
3. Stir the curry leaves and crushed coriander and cumin seeds.
4. Add the ground coriander, ground cumin and turmeric powder to the frying pan.
5. Stir the curry leaves, crushed coriander and cumin seeds, and the spices for 3 minutes.
6. Add the chicken and fry for 5 minutes.
7. Add the green pepper, garlic and salt.
8. Fry for 5 minutes, then add the water and vinegar.
9. Mix the gram flour with some water.
10. Stir the flour mixture into the chicken and cook for 5 minutes.
