Boneless pork loin can be cooked any way you like. Most of the time, it’s cooked in a slow cooker. Cooking in the oven is also a great way to cook boneless pork loin. I like to put a little olive oil in a large baking dish and cook boneless pork loin in the oven until it’s cooked through and juicy. Boneless pork loin is a great cut to use for ribs. It’s fatty and can hold up to braising. You’ll want to use a good, lean, fatty cut of pork for cooking boneless pork loin.
Cooking tips
First, place the ribs in a pot of salted water. Bring the pot to a boil, and then turn the heat down to a simmer. Cook the ribs for approximately 1 hour, or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F. Remove the ribs from the pot and allow them to cool for 30 minutes. Once they are cooled, discard the cooking water. Combine the barbecue sauce and 1 cup of ketchup. Mix together to combine and pour the mixture into the pot where the ribs were cooked.

How to cut the pork
Cut your pork loin into 3/4″ by 2″-ish pieces and season it with salt and pepper. Cut a crosswise slice through the loin to split the pork in half. Put the pork loin in your slow cooker and cover with a lid. Cook your pork for about 6 hours, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 160-165 degrees. When your pork is done, remove it from the slow cooker and put it on a baking sheet to cool. While it is still hot, pour your sauce over the pork and toss to coat. Slice your pork into your desired size and serve.

What type of pork loin you choose is important. You want to find one that is lean and has a decent amount of fat. The country style ribs should be trimmed of excess fat. There is a way to get them to release a bit of fat as they cook, but you need to trim them up a bit first. I usually trim some of the fat and sprinkle it on top. This works as a way to flavor the pork. If you want to skip this step, feel free to use a brush on the grill instead.
