I want to thank my assistant Jen for helping me edit this recipe. Hi Jen, why did you choose to work at Smitten Kitchen? When I was 15, I went on a cruise for high school graduation. On the trip, I boarded a flight to Australia and back. When I returned, I enrolled in the Culinary Institute of America, but only lived in New York and was already married. Fast forward 15 years: I’ve been back to culinary school for almost 3 years. I’m living in San Francisco, with my husband, our 2 kids, and my dog. What’s your dream job? To open a bakery in the south of France. Which bakery? My dream job would be Le Grenier de Madame Alice in Nice, France. I’ve been emailing their owners, trying to get an interview. I feel like I’m in the right place to finally meet my dream employer. What’s your secret for keeping your kitchen clean and tidy? I am a mess, always. I am a Type A, perfectionist, and workaholic. It’s hard for me to say no to a project. I like to keep my space clean so I can focus on the job at hand, but I can’t always make myself do it. So, I surround myself with other people who keep things tidy. I always feel better when I am in a cleaner environment. I call them my “shop-y friends.” What’s the best thing about your job? I love

How to Cook Haddock?
Haddock is a type of salt fish and an excellent source of vitamin B12. However, it is a dark, oily fish and must be cooked to be safe to eat. The easiest way to cook haddock is to bake it in the oven. You can either bake whole or cut into portions. Place the haddock in a baking dish, cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Alternatively, you can place the haddock on a baking tray and cook for 5 minutes in a preheated oven. Keep in mind that the fish will be slightly softer after cooking.
Is it Ok to Use Oven?
Ovens are the perfect kitchen appliance for cooking many types of foods. However, some items such as doughnuts and coffee may be ruined if you use an oven. If you’re unsure about your oven, there are a few things to consider. The first thing to check is if the oven has been turned on. If you’re having a problem with your oven, make sure it’s on. If it’s still broken, a professional can repair it for you. The oven temperature should also be at the correct level for your oven. If you’re using an oven for doughnuts, you’ll want the temperature to be around 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
Haddock, Bake In the Oven
This is one of the best fish for the grill. It’s also one of the best for the oven too. Haddock is a good choice for baking because it bakes relatively quickly. Its creamy flesh is a bit firmer than other fishes. For these reasons, it can be a great choice for baking, although you can also cook it in the pan or on the grill. The first thing you need to do is to clean the haddock. Wipe the fish down with a clean, wet cloth. While it’s still wet, rub the fish down and remove any bits of innards or bones. Don’t worry too much about getting every last bit of the innards and bones off. The thing about baking fish is that it will cook in a relatively short amount of time. It can cook faster than it can be filleted, especially if you’re using a fish steamer or fish poacher. Some people like to bake a haddock in its skin. This can take longer, but you have the option of removing the skin afterwards. All the bones and innards are easily removed from the fish once it’s been baked. This is great because you don’t need to remove the bones. Just use the fish for its flesh.
