Instead of eggs, you can use egg replacers to make pancakes. There are a few different ways to make a pancake without eggs. You can use a mixture of water and tapioca starch to make a batter. Or you can use a mixture of rice flour and tapioca starch. To make a flour-based pancake, you can mix 3 parts flour with 1 part tapioca starch or potato starch. To make a batter, you can mix 1 part water with 1 part tapioca starch or potato starch. If you use a store-bought pancake mix, you may want to check the ingredients before you buy. The most common ingredients in store-bought pancake mixes are flour, corn starch, tapioca starch, salt, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, leavening, and oil.
