When I first found out that I was pregnant I was so excited about breastfeeding my baby. I was expecting to enjoy my maternity leave and use my time to bond with my baby. When I started breastfeeding I found out that there is a lot of information about how much you can actually drink whilst breastfeeding and how to make sure you don’t go over the limits. I thought I would share my thoughts about how much alcohol you can drink whilst breastfeeding.
