Tips & Tricks

What is a pork tenderloin? Tenderloins are similar to a rack of ribs but much more tender. They are cut from the sirloin part of the pig, making them much more tender than a beef tenderloin. They are usually rubbed with salt and spices, and then cooked to a specific temperature. This recipe for pork tenderloin in instant pot uses a marinade made with natural flavorings. This recipe cooks the pork in half the time of a traditional oven, and it uses natural flavorings. The natural flavorings prevent the pork from tasting like the rub, and add flavor to the meat. It also cooks the pork evenly throughout, leaving it tender and juicy. And it has no smell. Because it doesn’t have any marinade, the pork has a natural flavor.
