Your body will tell you when it needs to be fed carbs, which is why you should check it often. Also, if your body is getting too much sugar, your liver will start to produce more insulin, causing your glucose levels to rise. When your level of glucose is too high, there is a risk of diabetes.

After that, before I go to bed, i drink a cup o’ tea with some lemon and honey. Sometimes I mix it with coffee to make it more tasty.
