Cookies — 1 (1 inch) piece of chocolate chip cookie has about 200 calories. 6. Orange juice — 12 oz has about 170 calories. 7. Soda — 12 oz has about 110 calories. 8. Sweet potato — 1/2 (8 inch) baked sweet potato has about 150 calories. 9. Tortilla chips — 1/4 cup has about 60 calories.

When it comes to health and nutrition, there are many foods that we should be consuming on a regular basis. One of these foods is sweet tea.
