It’s also recommended that you cook the steak on the outside for about 10 to 15 minutes, then move it to a low-temperature oven to finish cooking. Another way to cook steak is to use a grill, like a charcoal grill. Grill on high heat for 10 to 15 minutes, then finish in a low-temperature oven.
