To be honest, this is one of the most difficult things for me to do. I try to smoke the whole pork loin every time I prepare pork loin. I put it into the smoking box for about 6 hours. During that time, I place the whole pork loin above the wood fire so it can smoke. The smoke gets transferred to the whole pork loin and cooks it. After smoking, I remove the pork loin from the smoking box, and then cut it into the slices. With that, I tried to show you how long to smoke a pork loin, and how to remove it from the smoking box.

It only takes about 10 minutes for pork to be smoked, but the smoking process usually takes several hours. To smoke a pork loin, place it in a foil-lined pan. Cover it with a thick layer of apple juice. Cover it with foil. Then place the pan in the refrigerator and let it sit overnight. The next day, flip the meat. The pork can now be prepared to be smoked.
