Gliadins are a group of proteins that are present in wheat. Wheat gluten is used in breads, cakes, cookies, crackers, noodles, pasta, pizza, tortillas, biscuits, etc. When people eat gluten, their bodies react to it by producing antibodies called anti-gluten antibodies. Anti-anti-antibodies are produced when the body is exposed to gluten. They cause the immune system to attack the cells of our digestive system. Once the antibodies are created, we cannot stop them from attacking our cells. We must take care of ourselves to avoid developing these antibodies and diseases. Some people who have celiac disease develop antibodies against gluten after eating gluten containing foods. Celiac Disease Symptoms Celiatics have symptoms similar to those of gluten intolerance. However, there are differences between the two. Symptoms of celiality include: abdominal pain, bloating, diarrhea, cramps, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, weight loss, hair loss and skin problems. People with celian allergy usually have no symptoms. Many people with gluten sensitivity have mild symptoms such as bloaters, constipation, gas, heartburn, indigestion, headaches, joint pain and back pain. Fluff rice with fork and transfer to bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours. Before serving, sprinkle with coriander leaves. Makes 4 servings. Note: To avoid the risk of contamination, always wash your hands before preparing any food. Also, wash utensils thoroughly before using them.
How can you tell if rice is spoiled?

Frying rice syndrome is cause due bacterial B. cereuem, this disease being characterized due fever; headache; nausea; vomiting; diarrhea; abdominal pains; myalgias; rash; lymph nodes; hepatomegalies; thalassemia; hemoglobinuria; acute kidney failure; disseminate intravenous coaguarina; hepatocellular necroses; pulmonary empyema; sepsis; multiple organs failure & death. This disease affects people who eat rice, especially those who are allergic to rice. They often develop a rash after eating rice and become very sick. Some people develop liver damage, while others develop kidney damage. People who develop this condition usually die within a few days. However, there are cases where the condition is reversible. For example, some people recover completely after a week or two of treatment. Other people may require a liver transplant. Because of this, people with this illness should not eat any rice until they get better.
