How to cook chicken tenderloins in a pan
If you want to make chicken tenderloins in a pan you’ll need a pan that can hold them in a single layer. If your pan isn’t big enough, you’ll have to cook them in two or more layers. You’ll also need a pan that can easily heat up and that has sides that are thick enough to hold in the chicken. If you’re using a conventional pan, you’ll also need a heat diffuser, such as a fish pan, that allows for even and fast heat distribution. Another thing to consider is the size of your pan. Large pans with long handles are great for larger dishes like this. There are also pans that are made specifically for using with wok stoves. Wok cookware has wide, flat bottoms that allow for rapid, even heat distribution. You’ll want to start by seasoning the tenderloins. Seasoning the tenderloins before cooking helps to give them flavor, and can help to prevent the meat from drying out. Seasoning can be done with salt and pepper, or with a dry rub such as Old Bay seasoning. For this recipe, you’ll want to season the chicken tenderloins with salt and pepper. Depending on the seasonings that you choose, you may want to cover the chicken with plastic wrap before seasoning.
My Chicken Tenderloins
Chicken tenderloins are generally cooked for about three to five minutes on each side in a 350-degree oven, depending on the thickness of the meat. I like to make sure that the chicken is completely cooked and well-done before I put it on the grill. When I grill the chicken tenderloins, I like to season them on both sides with salt and pepper before I grill them. I then make sure to flip the tenderloins after they have been grilling on the first side for about three minutes. I use a medium-sized cast-iron grill pan, which allows me to flip the tenderloins easily. I also make sure to grill them for at least two to three minutes on the second side. In order to grill the chicken tenderloins without burning them, I try to limit the amount of time that I grill them on one side. If you prefer your chicken tenderloins to be a little more well-done, cook them for another minute or two on each side.
