A center cut pork chop is cut from the center of the belly. It has a thick, meaty cut and is extremely flavorful. Its thick and short cut makes it easy to eat by hand. But the cut also means it is most likely to be dry and tough. A perfect center cut pork chop should be cooked properly to tenderize it. Then you can get a flavorful, juicy piece of pork.
2 tbsp soy sauce
两滴酱油
汤匙一滴拌匀。
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice.
4 garlic cloves
There are many different ways to cook a pork chop. This is usually a matter of personal preference. But center cut pork chops are usually cut on the bias. That is, they are cut horizontally and vertically on one of the two ends. The bias is where the muscle runs along. Center cut pork chops are usually between two and four inches in length. They are usually white and a little on the thick side. It’s best to cook them quickly so the meat doesn’t dry out. The ideal cooking time for center cut pork chops is between twenty and thirty minutes. The meat should be cooked to an internal temperature of 150 degrees F. If you overcook the meat, it will toughen up. It is also a good idea to cook the pork chops at a lower temperature than you normally would so they won’t dry out. For a low temperature cooking, you can use a baking dish. You should use a dish that has been treated with nonstick spray. This will make it easier to get the chops out of the pan. If the pork chops become too dry, you can add some water to the dish, or cover the chops with foil. When you are finished, remove the chops from the dish and pat them dry with paper towels. Add salt to taste. Serve with garlic mashed potatoes, and a nice green salad.
3 medium sized onions
This is the average number of onions I use to make them. For you, you’ll need to adjust the amount to your liking. Just keep in mind that larger onions take longer to cook. Preheat oven to 350º. Line a baking sheet with foil. Slice the onions as shown. Spread them out and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake them for approximately 25 minutes. You want to see a light golden color on the onions. They should smell slightly sweet, but be careful not to overcook them. After 25 minutes, remove them from the oven.
