• Some salt
• Sesame oil

• Some cooking oil
• 2 cups of chopped cabbage
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 1 green onion
• 1/2 of a tomato
1. Cut the pork into small pieces and season with salt and sesame oil.
2. Put the pork in a large bowl, cover with cold water and soak overnight.
3. The next day, drain the pork and rinse it with fresh water.
4. Place the pork in a large stockpot, cover with fresh water, and boil it for a couple of hours, until the pork is cooked and tender.
5. Remove the pork, drain it well and set it aside to cool.
6. Once the pork is cooled, chop it into small pieces.
7. Heat up the cooking oil in a wok and sauté the chopped pork for a couple of minutes, until it is cooked.
8. Add the garlic, green onion, tomato, and salt.
9. Stir well and let it simmer for another 3 minutes.
10. Remove the wok from the heat, and put in the cabbage, water, and garlic powder.
