Tuscan Chicken

The ingredients:
– 1/2 chicken cut into small pieces
– 1/2 onion chopped
– 1 garlic clove minced
– 1/2 cup heavy cream
– 1/2 tb olive oil
– 1/2 tb lemon juice
– 1 tb fresh parsley
– 2 tb chicken broth
– 1 tb sour cream
– 1 tb Greek yogurt
– salt and pepper to taste

Making cooking easy and healthy is always a good idea. But making it easier still with a slow cooker is what this chicken recipe does. You’ll need to start off by cutting the breasts into pieces. Then add them to the slow cooker with the vegetables. Then add some herbs and spices. You can add meat if you’d like, but it’s not necessary. Set the slow cooker on low heat and let it do its work. Then, make the garlic butter by just mixing it together and sprinkling it over the top of the chicken. Finally, when it’s time to eat, shred the chicken into the slow cooker. This will be the base for the chicken tuscan style.
