Preparation
As mentioned above, we made this the day before so that it would chill in the fridge and be ready to go the next day. We used a container made by a food service company that we bought from Amazon. We followed the instructions on the package to make sure that it was done correctly. We placed the container in the refrigerator for 24 hours before adding the cream cheese mixture. After that, we placed it in the freezer for another 24 hours. Then, we let it sit in the fridge for about 15 minutes so that it would be thawed. When you’re ready to serve, we just spooned it into the container and shook it to make sure that it was spread evenly. We gave it a quick taste to make sure it was delicious. This was a fun snack to serve with some chips or crackers. We also served it with some fresh salsa and guacamole.
