I’m not a big fan of Mexican food. Mexican food is one of the few cuisines that I can honestly say I enjoy only when I order it. Unfortunately, since I’m not a huge fan of Mexican food, I never end up eating it unless I really want it. For the most part, I don’t even like thinking about it.

Smoky Chipotle Mango Salsa

This is a fantastic blend of chipotle and mango. It’s a lively, spicy and fiery salsa that is loaded with antioxidants. Remove the seeds and then cut the mango into small cubes. Place the mango and chipotle peppers into the blender. Pour in the lime juice and blend to incorporate the ingredients. Add in the other ingredients and blend again until combined. This salsa is going to be hot! You’ll want to taste the mixture first so that you can determine how spicy you want this salsa to be. Three Easy Green Chile Salsa Recipes

Some food is perfect for a party or potluck! Although it’s important to be creative, there are a few sauces and garnishes that will always go over well. We know that salsa is a favorite, so here are three that are easy to make and will add a beautiful flavor to any dish. Green chile salsa is traditionally made with tomatillos. You can also make your own green chile sauce with green chiles and tomatillos. Salsa Verde (pronounced “saw-sa-lay”) is traditionally made with tomatillos, green chiles, and cilantro. Although it can be spicy, it will be a delicious flavor that you can serve with anything. You can also make a non-spicy version. Many stores carry prepared sauces that are ready to go, but these are typically spicy and will contain a lot of salt and other ingredients.
