And if you’re a smart person, you probably already have an idea. But in case you’re one of those who don’t know, let me give you a hint: baked is used to describe a dish that is cooked at a high temperature. Pork is considered a type of beef. “Poultry” is used to describe chicken. And, “Beef” or “Pork” are considered types of “Poultry”. So you get the idea.
Best way to cook baked chicken
This is a simple chicken recipe and is quick to prepare. It also has just the right amount of spice to make it delicious. The chicken is cooked with canned beans and corn, which are common ingredients in Mexican cuisine. The chicken should be cooked for 15 minutes on each side, and is ready when the juices run clear.
What to Eat With It
Whether you’re eating baked Mexican chicken or other foods, it’s important to have a list of foods that you like to eat with it. Try to vary the foods you eat, and don’t be afraid to experiment. As mentioned above, it’s easy to start off eating too many calories. So, it’s important to not have just one meal, and not go overboard on foods.
Baked Mexican Chicken
Baked Mexican Chicken Ingredients: 1 large bone-in chicken breast
2 medium-sized sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 8oz package of cream cheese
1 8oz package of sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 12oz can of black beans, drained and rinsed
1 6oz jar of salsa, divided
1 large flour tortilla
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Rinse chicken, then pat dry with paper towel. Rub chicken with some salt and pepper. Lay chicken in a 13×9-inch baking dish. Spread half the salsa on top of the chicken.
Instructions
First you need to prepare the chicken. Slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with a bit of salt and pepper. Heat up a pan with a bit of oil. Put a few pieces of chicken in and let cook until brown on the bottom. Then flip it over and cook it until the other side is brown. Remove from the pan and set aside. Place the pan back on the heat, and add some more oil. Add the onion and cook until it’s soft and slightly browned. Then add the chili powder, garlic, and oregano. Cook for another couple of minutes, or until the garlic becomes fragrant. Add the tomatoes and cook for another few minutes. Then add the tomatoes, chicken, and black beans. Mix everything together and turn it all into the chili and heat through. If it seems too thick, add a little water. Season with salt and pepper, and serve.
