2lbs Lean Pork chops
2 Cups Oil
Salt and Pepper
2 Tablespoons Garlic paste
1/4 Cup Ginger paste
Directions –
Put oil in a large skillet and heat it to 350 degrees.
Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, and put them in the skillet. Cook for about 4-6 minutes on each side.
When the pork is cooked, remove the pork chops from the skillet, cover them with foil and set them aside.
Add ginger paste to the pan and saute for about 3-5 minutes. Then add the garlic paste and saute for another 3-5 minutes.
