I am pretty sure you have had this issue where you have a slice paper template and when you try to print a particular template, the system fails. I had this issue recently when I tried to print from my cricut. The error message was that the slice machine was not available or it was unavailable due to system maintenance. I was like huh, this is weird and so I tried a couple of other templates and they too failed.
What is slice?
If you have followed the instructions for installing the latest Cricut® Software, it should have installed a few files with it. One of these is slice. If slice does not work on your machine, check to make sure you have the latest version of the software.
How to fix this problem
First, here’s a screenshot of my document. You’ll see the original path is the way it needs to go. However, the way it is now, is not correct. I’ve highlighted the text and added a line. I would like to use the text. I want the entire text to be the way I highlighted it. So, I tried using the path option. If I select that, it will move the text and change the path. However, if I select the text option, I can’t use the path because it won’t let me move the text. That’s why I’m stuck. What am I missing?
Why is slice not working?
Slice isn’t working because you might not have the latest version of the digital product. You can download the latest version from here: http://www.cricut.com/slice/download.html. You also need to open your internet browser and log in.
How to use the cricut?
I am not a expert on the cricut but if you are you can use an app called slice. But if you are new to the cricut, you should always refer to your owners manual. This will show you the correct settings for your machine and what features work and don’t work. The cricut also has a tutorial that should walk you through everything. To access the tutorial, you should go to your cricut product page and click on the image with the help icon.
Is there something wrong with my cricut?
After recent update of my cricut, some of my items are not working. For example, its stop-motion feature is not working and some of my items have disappeared from inventory. Is there something wrong with my cricut? My items on the home page works fine.
