Make a point to eat breakfast every morning. Try to eat more fruits and vegetables. Try to eat less salt, sugar and fried food. Alcohol and caffeine can make it harder to fall asleep, and they can also make it harder to wake up. If you feel groggy when you wake up, drink more water and get up earlier. Keep your room and bedroom cool. Too warm or hot can keep you from falling asleep. Make sure that your bedroom is quiet, and dark.
