Recently, I decided to try a low-carb diet. I’ve never been overweight, but I thought it would be a fun challenge. I never had much of an appetite, but when I started eating a low-carb diet, I was disappointed to see that I hadn’t lost any weight. In fact, I had no appetite at all.
