What Happened?

I have lost lots of weight on keto. I used to eat huge portions, and they are now a lot smaller. My energy levels have improved dramatically. I feel more healthy and am able to lose weight easily and comfortably. Not to mention, I’m not feeling as hungry as I used to. I’ve been on keto for over a year and a half and it still amazes me how good I feel.

My Failures

Failure is a part of life. It’s how we learn, how we grow, how we mature. It’s also a fact that for the most part, we do fail. However, when we fail, we can improve ourselves. There’s no reason why you can’t learn from your failures. In fact, I think it’s in our best interest to. As long as we are not hurting ourselves or those around us, it’s okay to make mistakes. At the end of the day, failure is a sign of progress. Failure can be a good thing, as long as it leads you in the right direction.

My Successes

The ketogenic diet is a high-fat, low-carb diet. This diet is typically high in fat and low in carbohydrates. The goal of the diet is to help your body enter ketosis. Ketosis is the state your body enters when it burns fat instead of carbohydrates for energy. Many people have had success with this diet, and it’s quite simple to follow.

I have been on a keto diet for a year and a half now. I didn’t lose a single pound. I’ve been talking to several people about why I didn’t lose weight.
