I am about 8 months pregnant and have been avoiding deli meat for the last 8 weeks or so. I know this is completely ridiculous because it is perfectly ok to eat deli meat while pregnant. However, I would like to find a solution to prevent me from eating it. Are there any substitutes I could use?
