I’m really trying to eat healthy, but every time I have the chance to eat something unhealthy, I end up eating a lot. I can’t understand why I eat so much and never have the chance to eat healthy food. What can I do?

This included having the feeling that they could make changes in their diet, such as avoiding unhealthy foods or snacking on healthy ones.
