If you’re feeling a bit stinky after a large meal, that may not be your fault. According to webMD, stinky farts are usually a sign that you’re not flushing your body properly. To give your body a good flushing, eat foods that are high in fiber and drink lots of water.

Enemas!

If you’re farting to the point of pain and have no idea why, you should probably have a look at your toilet habits. There are several things you can try to prevent any issues: When you’re going to the toilet, don’t keep your head in the toilet (this is an issue as when you are finished, the air trapped between your head and the bowl can cause you to stink.
