It’s normal to experience some minor weight gain during pregnancy. The good news is that your weight gain will be slow and gradual, even if you’re gaining a little more weight than you were before you got pregnant. Even though you may be spending more time in bed and less time on the treadmill, it’s important to move your body and get a bit of exercise.
