Pulled Pork Video Recipe

Today I am sharing a new recipe I created, pulled pork with red wine pulled pork. I am not currently participating in whole30, but we know I am not a stranger to these recipes. From burgers, to pizza, to sandwiches and so much more I am always learning new ways to put these delicious recipes together. This recipe features my favorite pulled pork sauce, “Lima’s BBQ sauce.” It is the perfect go to sauce for pulled pork recipes, so I thought it only fitting to share this recipe with my whole30 family. This is my first time sharing a recipe with you on this channel, but if you like it please hit that subscribe button.

Whole30 Checklist

For my first Whole30, I used a free app called Whole30 to track my progress and guide me through the process. It kept me accountable and made sure that I was following the rules. It also helped me keep track of my food.

Eat This

This is the whole30 pulled pork recipe. The first step is to marinade the pork for 6 hours. Then, you can braise it in the oven. If you’re not interested in braising the pork, you can pan fry it for 10 minutes in a pan. For a side, you can add mashed sweet potato and smoky coleslaw.

What is Whole30?

Whole30 is a 30 day diet that encourages people to eat only foods that are considered “clean” or “whole”. While whole30 is a diet that focuses on eliminating processed foods, it can also include non-food items such as chewing gum and candy. The goal of the diet is to educate people on how their eating habits can have a dramatic impact on their health. This diet has been shown to have some incredible benefits for people who eat it, including the ability to lose weight, lower cholesterol, and control diabetes. The diet also encourages people to do regular exercise, to eat more vegetables, and to avoid processed food. It was developed by Melissa and Dallas Hartwig and published in 2009. There are three phases of the diet:
**Initial 30 days (level 1)
**Maintenance 30 days (level 2)
**Extension 30 days (level 3)
