How to Make the Whole30 Food List
Here is the whole30 food list for 2022, the years you’re supposed to complete the whole30. Every year the whole30 food list has some new items added. This is the food list for the first half of the year. At the end of the year you’ll have to make a new whole30 food list, which is called the whole30 food list for the second half of the year. At the end of the year you’ll also have to complete the 30 day challenge, which we’ll go over later.
