If you are trying to lose weight, you should be aware of how you eat, which I am sure most of you are. The whole chicken in a crock pot is best when you do not cook it, however. The key with this is the method you use. You can use it once a week or twice. You do not want to eat this every single day of the week, but twice a week is a good option. This recipe is a very simple one. This has chicken breast and thigh meat, and you are going to have to make sure you take the chicken out. And it is safe to leave it in for four hours. And, I’m going to be honest: I didn’t find much of anything when I was looking for the recipe. The best I could do was this: whole chicken in a crock pot. Of course, I had to have my favorite spices on hand, and that also happened to be the spices I was going to be using in this recipe. The crock pot is perfect for busy days. Even if you’re a little time poor, this is still a great option for quick and easy dinners. For this recipe, you will need a whole chicken. To do this, you will need to cut the chicken into 2 or 3 pieces. You will then want to put the chicken in a crock pot. You will then want to use your food processor to cut the vegetables into smaller pieces. Put these vegetables into the crock pot with the chicken. Make sure you place a few tablespoons of stock in the crock pot. The stock is used as a base for the vegetables and chicken to simmer in. The vegetables should take around 4-5 hours to cook. To prepare this dish you will want to shred the chicken. You will then want to remove the chicken from the bones. You will then want to place the chicken back into the crock pot. Add the liquid to the crock pot and put the lid on. Cook the chicken for 2 hours. This will allow the chicken to become tender. After 2 hours, remove the lid and turn the crock pot to high. Cook the chicken for an additional hour.
