For those of you that are new to the Whole 30 protocol, a 30 day challenge, a complete food list will help you make sure that you are on track. You’ll be able to keep up with your schedule of consumption, eliminating one or more new foods, each week until you have made it through the entire 30 days. You’ll be able to test the foods you are eating to see if you can handle the more challenging foods, and many of them will already be included on the guide.

What is the whole 30?

Whole30 is a plan to change the way you eat. The concept is based on the premise that our bodies can heal and recover if we give it the right diet. The goal of the whole30 plan is to rewire your body to adapt to a paleo diet. In other words, you need to make a change to the way you eat to heal your body. Whole30 includes 30 days of eating foods that are made with the following components: fat, protein, and carbohydrates. You also have to avoid foods containing: added sugar, artificial ingredients, processed foods, and gluten. Whole30 is only for people with chronic health conditions like diabetes and heart disease.
