I’m a 35 year old mom of a 2 year old son and I’ve been yo-yo dieting and have yo-yoed back to normal for years. I’m ready to start a healthier lifestyle for myself and my family. I am new to the whole 30/Clean Eating. I am looking to make a change and to have a small lifestyle without a lot of rules. I love pizza and I really love Chick-Fil-A. What are some small dishes I can make that I can keep in my pantry that will be healthy and tasty.

Yes, we are still eating at home, but I have decided to give the whole 30 company a try. As a little bit of background, whole30 is a program that helps people lose weight by eliminating gluten, sugar, grains, dairy, legumes, and alcohol. It is a program that restricts you to only eating whole foods, made with clean ingredients, and avoids eating pre-packaged food. whole30 also claims that you’ll experience less bloating, headaches, and fatigue, and have more energy. I really like the idea behind it, and the idea of being able to eat real food. I also like the fact that you can eat as much or as little of what you want. I have been doing whole30 for the last 2 weeks, and I have lost 6.4 pounds. I have lost 2.3 pounds of water weight, and am very proud of this for myself. There is no magic in whole30, and the results really depend on you and your lifestyle. I eat the basic food list, and snack on healthy whole foods as I can. I drink some water, and eat some fruit when I can, and try to stay away from sugar. I also try to stay away from alcohol. I have seen little improvement in my health and energy levels, so I know that there is not some “super food” that I can eat to get these results.
