As soon as you are old enough to make choices, you will face what are called the Four Big C’s of Disease—caffeine, fat, carbohydrates, and sugar. Fat, carbohydrates, and sugar are added into the so-called diet soda by the manufacturer to make it taste good and make you crave it. This may seem like a trick, but it’s really just marketing.
