In fact, they are high in fiber and contain lots of Vitamin C. They are also full of antioxidants, which can help protect against heart disease, cancer, and even obesity. Pineapples also have a lot of potassium, which is important for nerve conduction. This is why they are often used in deserts. So, it’s no surprise that pineapple pizza is a great idea.
