What is the history of pizza? According to many, pizza was invented during ancient Rome. The Romans had a number of breads and flatbreads, including thin, crisp flatbreads made with dough. These flatbreads were often topped with olives, cheese, or other ingredients. These flatbreads were called panis impie or, “bread of the gods.” The earliest pizza is believed to be a Roman flatbread called pan di pizza. While pizza was first made in the Roman Empire, it didn’t become popular until it was adopted by the Italian merchant class. In the 1400s, some Italian merchants introduced the dish to the rest of Europe. However, it was in the late 1700s when pizzerias became popular. The pizza became popular in the late 1700s when immigrants to the United States brought the dish with them. The dish continued to spread across America and became popular in other countries, too. The origin of Jet’s pizza
Jet’s pizza was founded in 1977. Jet’s founder Michael Ricci opened the first Jet’s Pizza in the neighborhood of Passaic, New Jersey. The original store was built in a converted two story storefront. The two storey building contained both a restaurant and the area where Jet’s pizza’s pizza was baked. Jet’s Pizza has been baking their pizza in the same Passaic, New Jersey area for more than 40 years. The first menu that Jet’s Pizza ever offered consisted of four simple ingredients: tomatoes, cheese, garlic, and oregano. At the time of the original opening, Jet’s pizza was a no-frills pizza that only offered a basic 12″ pizza and a side of pizza crusts.

The first Jets Pizza restaurant was in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. It opened in October of 1962. Initially, it was just two franchises in the city. One was in the East End and the other was in the West End. The success of the restaurants attracted pizza chain other brands to open their own franchises in the Pittsburgh area. The chain expanded quickly in other parts of the country, but it was not until the 1980s that they started to expand outside of the Pittsburgh area. By 1982, there were only 16 restaurants. By 1996, there were 100. Now, there are 1,230 locations across the country.

How it started
In the early 1950s, the founder of the pizza chain, Gian Luigi Ristorcelli, opened his first restaurant at an airport in Ravenna, Italy. It soon gained popularity, and in 1962 the restaurant was moved to a residential neighborhood, and became known as New York’s first pizzeria. In the 1980s, Joe Lhota opened a pizzeria in New York City’s neighborhood of Little Italy. The pizza became so popular that it was featured on television shows, and even entered the public lexicon as the word “pizza.” In 1966, the first pizza chain store was opened by Joe Malcangi in Minneapolis. Malcangi had previously been a bricklayer, and had been making brick pizza for his friends. He began selling the pizza for $1.50 a pie, and it became so popular, it was featured on TV shows, and even entered the public lexicon as the word “pizza.” In 1967, the first McDonald’s restaurant was opened by Richard and Maurice McDonald in San Bernadino, California. The chain later grew to over 3400 restaurants worldwide.
Founder Giacomo Guidi
Giacomo Guidi was born in Italy in the year 1913. It was there that he developed his love for pizza. After graduating from school, Guidi came to the United States to work in a pizzeria. There he was able to gain an understanding of how pizza is made and the equipment that is needed to make it. After moving to California, he went on to found Pizzeria Uno, the first pizzeria to use a system for making pizza that was optimized for consistent results. At the time, there was no known system to guarantee consistent results when making pizza. Guidi and his team came up with a system to guarantee pizza delivery within 90 minutes, which made them the first pizza delivery business in California. Pizzeria Uno was later bought by Domino’s Pizza. Guidi started to see that there was a larger need to develop a pizza delivery company, and this is when he began Pizzeria Uno USA. Pizzeria Uno USA is a food delivery service company and it’s currently located in South Florida.
