Is Cook Islands a US territory?

When Cooks are questioned about being citizens or citizenships of particular countries or nations, nearly all respond affirmingly. However, since Cook groups are not recognized internationally, Cookian society is often described as being lower than that which is common to all humanity, notwithstanding the fact that the Cookians are considered as the lowest of mankind. This is especially true when referring to those living within the boundaries of a country. For instance, if one asks Cookans about the citizenship of Australia or NewZealand, virtually all will respond positively, despite the lack of official recognition. Similarly, however, only a few will acknowledge that those of South Africa are also considered citizens. Thus, irrespective of how Cook Groups are regarded by others, we can surmise that most Cook Persons are indeed citizens, albeit of different countries/states. Lastly, let us note that while the term ‘Cookian‹ is used to refer to people who are native to either Cook islands or the entire Cook region, yet the majority of these are simply called ′Cooks›. As such, our term should be understood as referring exclusively to native Cook inhabitants. Therefore, whilst the word ″Cook″ is commonly used in reference to any native of either the islands of Hawaii or Australia alike, this is certainly not the correct usage. Likewise, whereas the phrase „Cook Islands‖ is frequently used interchangeably with ‬‰Cook Island‡, meaning the island of Oceania, nowhere in this context is ‭ ‚Cook′‫ used to mean the same as it does in other contexts. Indeed, throughout the course of history, ‟Cookies‪ have been used as synonymous with any of several different groups of people, ranging from Native Hawaiians to British colonists.
