If you have ever been told that one of your gifts had been forgotten, look around your home. Is there something you have been told is lost, but maybe you have been keeping in a drawer or your closet? This is a great way to start. If your parents forgot your Christmas gifts one year, they weren’t being deliberately bad, they just forgot. If you had something you wanted to return to your elf one year, it would be good to return it now. If you are still intrigued by your elf one year later, you might want to start buying ornaments for him.

A lot of people confuse putting out the Christmas tree with putting out the Christmas elf. In actuality, putting out the elf requires a lot more work than putting out the tree. And while the tree doesn’t need to be in the same position all year long, the elf does. If you’re wondering when to put out the elf, the right time is either when your tree is completely decorated, or when your tree starts to wilt. Either way, the elf needs to be put out at the same time the tree is. Also, you don’t need to put out the elf in the same exact spot as the tree, but the elf needs to be within a couple of feet. For this reason, the first time you put out the elf is when you get your tree, but the next time you put out the elf is when your tree starts to wilt. So the right time to put out the elf is after you get your tree, but before your tree starts to wilt.

How To Prevent Objects From Getting Closer to the Elf
Elf on the shelf is a festive tradition that involves putting a decorated stocking on the windowsill or mantle. Often, the decoration includes gifts and other little treats for the holidays. But the trick to this tradition is ensuring that there is a wide enough gap between the stocking and the object on the mantle. If the gap is too small, the stocking or elf could potentially fall off the mantle. This could also be a safety issue. The gap should be at least 6 inches. If it’s less than that, it’s possible that the stocking or elf could get caught on the object on the mantle. This could then cause the stocking or elf to fall.
How To Keep Elf in Sight
When you put out your elf on the shelf, or any other object that you don’t want to lose, make sure to place it in a way that it is easily visible. This could be by placing it on a shelf near your bed or on the bathroom mirror. This is because you want to be able to easily see the object and make sure that you don’t lose it. Be sure to also place it in an area that you won’t lose it in. You don’t want to lose your elf on the shelf.
