I am not the type of person that follows the whole “veganism” thing, so I am very selective with what I eat and what products I use. I eat quite a lot of fruit, but I also eat meat and dairy and I’m not exactly sure what is good for my body. That’s why I always ask around when I’m not sure what to take or not take. When I was vegan, I was using vitamins. I wasn’t using so many, but I used all the basics, and then some. I bought them and started using them and seeing the difference.
