Whether you’re cooking a large fish, or just the bones, there are many ways to get the best results. You can try one of the following techniques. You can cook it in a slow cooker or in a pressure cooker. Or, you can cook it in the oven. When cooking the fish in the oven, you can bake it whole, or in pieces. And, it’s usually best to use the thickest pieces of the fish, so make sure you get the fillets and steaks. The fish bones are usually found under the skin or at the top of the fish. To get the most flavour out of the bones, you can steam or roast them. Be careful though, if you’re cooking bones, they can be very dangerous to eat. Always follow the cooking instructions, and keep a close eye on the fish. When you’re using a pressure cooker, add the water at the bottom of the cooker. Then add the fish, cover, and cook at low pressure for 1 hour. Then, open the cooker and cook at high pressure for 5-10 minutes, or until the fish is tender.
