On the other hand, a can of chicken stock contains about 250 mg of sodium. So, even though they are both made with chicken, the difference in sodium is significant. To make your soup, you’ll first need a can of cream of chicken soup. From there, mix two parts stock with one part cream of chicken soup to form a homogenous mixture. Then, combine the ingredients with a small amount of seasoning. Some good options for your seasoning would be soy sauce, Sriracha, or lemon juice. Then, allow the ingredients to sit in a soup pot for 15-30 minutes. Once it has time to simmer, pour into bowls and enjoy.
