Start with either unopened bologna or pepperoni

First you need to cut bologna or pepperoni in thin slices.

Add ingredients to the empty bologna or pepperoni container to make your sausage.

Fill the container with water.

Press the lid on tightly.

Put the container in the refrigerator overnight.

The next morning open the container and drain the water out.

Stick the lid back on and press tightly.

Repeat the process using the other half of the bologna or pepperoni.

Store in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Put a piece of aluminium foil on a baking sheet.

Put the bologna or pepperoni into the middle of the foil.

Spread the sides of the foil out.
