Roast pork is one of my favorite meals, and it is something I like to make when I have left over roast pork. But for those of you that don’t have roast pork in the fridge, this is still a tasty option to use up those leftovers. You can eat leftover roast pork on its own or use it as part of a sandwich.

Cheap Meatballs

There’s nothing wrong with having a leftover roast, especially if it’s not particularly good. You can easily use this leftover roast and make some cheap meatballs. This can be a great way to use up this leftover roast. If you don’t have an extra roast, you can also use steak or chicken instead. It’s also possible to make homemade meatballs. If you don’t have enough of an ingredient for homemade meatballs, you can use the roast and some breadcrumbs instead.

Easy Pepper Sauce

Roast beef can be left over in the fridge for a couple of days. Roast beef is delicious on bangers and mash. Another great dish is to use some of the extra beef to make a quick pepper sauce.

Today, we’re making pork roast with fresh peaches. We’ll add ginger to the pan drippings to make a savory sauce. The leftover pork roast makes a quick and easy lunch the next day.

Quick Apple Cake

This cake is an easy and simple cake that has a crunchy apple topping. It is delicious, sweet, and keeps well for several days. Ingredients: 1 cup flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/3 cup white sugar 1/4 cup olive oil 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 egg 1 apple, peeled and diced Peel and core apple. Dice apple into small pieces 1 In a bowl mix together flour, baking powder, sugar, oil, salt, egg, and apple. Place in a greased square or round cake pan. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes. Apple topping To make Apple topping mix together flour, cinnamon, and sugar. In a bowl beat egg. Add sugar and apple to mixture. Mix well. Spoon over cake.

I like to use the leftover pork rib roast when making this homemade pork rub, which is great for making pork sandwiches, pork tacos, or even just as a filling for a baked or stuffed pork tenderloin.
