You might also decide that you’re going to give your boss an ultimatum and try to get out of the office and work from home (or wherever you want to be). Perhaps there’s something that could be worked out that would allow you to come in early to work.

Another suggestion… is to call a doctor and set up an appointment for Monday morning.

Maybe you should change your diet.

Maybe you should avoid coffee for a while.
