– Chicken- This is a great source of protein, as well as B vitamins. It’s also a good source of iron and zinc. Try this in a salad, or mix with rice, pasta, or potatoes.
– Vegetable juices- These are a great way to get extra nutrients. Try this for a snack, or mix it into some soups.
– Oatmeal- This is another healthy and filling food that’s easy to cook. You can also mix this with other foods, such as yogurt and bananas, to make it a breakfast.
