This is because water helps the kidneys process the minerals in food and excrete them in the urine.

I know it sounds crazy, but you should always be mindful of your sugar levels. Sugar is an essential part of a healthy diet, but too much of it is bad for you. The body needs some natural sugar to function, but too much sugar can cause health problems, like diabetes and obesity. So, if you’re watching your sugar levels, don’t add sugar to foods or drinks. Be careful of what you eat and drink when you’re in a rush. Skip meals and snacks that include a lot of sugar, and try eating smaller portions or adding a bit of healthy fat to your meals and snacks.
