Now, I don’t know about you, but eating is one of my favorite pastimes. And when I eat, I tend to do it on the couch, while watching TV. All of this is OK, as long as I don’t eat too much. Unfortunately, I tend to eat too much on the couch, and sometimes, I find myself on the verge of overeating.
