The Best Way to Bake Pork Tenderloin
First, find a pan that can hold your tenderloin. Measure it so that the pan is just big enough. Heat the pan on a gas stove, electric stove, or in the oven. If you have an electric stove, use the lowest heat setting. If you have a gas stove, use the lowest flame. Using a lower flame will keep your tenderloin from getting too crispy and your onions from burning. As for the oven, simply leave it at room temperature. You don’t want to cook it too fast or you will end up with a tough tenderloin. Make sure to use a meat thermometer to check the temperature. A thermometer will allow you to monitor the temperature as the tenderloin cooks. The ideal internal temperature for a pork tenderloin is 145º F.
How To Season The Pork
A lot of people have asked me how to season the pork tenderloin. If you’re cooking this for a big group, it’s recommended to use a marinade. If you’re cooking it for a small group or yourself, it’s ok to just sprinkle a little salt. Another way to season the pork is to wrap it in a piece of foil with salt inside. I usually recommend to just sprinkle salt on the outside of the tenderloin. This prevents the pork from drying out. It’s also important to keep the meat at the same temperature the whole time it’s cooking. That means keeping it in a hot oven and not moving it. If you’re using a very hot oven, you may need to give it some time to cool down. So, let the oven and the meat rest for 5-10 minutes after it’s finished cooking.

How To Broil A Pork Tenderloin
The only thing you need to do to cook a pork tenderloin is sear it in a hot pan, then let it rest before cutting it. Broiling is a way to heat it indirectly, so you don’t have to worry about burning it. You can make it a part of a meal, or you can serve it as an appetizer. Either way, it’s delicious. The easiest way to broil a pork tenderloin is to line a sheet pan with aluminum foil and heat it. Once the oven is preheated, remove the pork tenderloin from the fridge and place it on the sheet pan. If you want to cut it into slices, place a cutting board on top of the sheet pan, and rest the tenderloin on the cutting board. The tenderloin will have a nice sear on both sides. Then you can place the sheet pan in the oven for about 12 minutes. The pork will be done when you can pierce it with a fork. This method works for smaller tenderloins as well.
