We spent last night, our 3rd consecutive night in a tiny little cabin, cooking salmon. The recipe is from Idaho Joe at A-firing Range, and it was so much fun. I ate my salmon baked with butter. YUM!

How to Prepare Salmon

It’s a perfect medium between having a rubbery, almost raw salmon and having a perfectly cooked, flaky, delicious salmon. My advice is to do this on a stove that’s low to medium heat, and definitely not a direct heat. Once the salmon starts to flake, the timing is very important. When you see the flakes start to flake, it means that it’s about to come apart, but you don’t want it to come apart right away.
