There are many ways to prepare ham. Some people like to slice it, and some people like to shred it. There are many ways to put it in sandwiches, too. A lot of people know about those methods. However, there is a completely different, entirely bizarre, and equally delicious way to prepare ham.
Ham and Potatoes?
You know the family dinner at the end of the week when mom insists on serving ham and potatoes and dad just wants them to go to hell? That’s just the basic ham and potatoes, but there are actually more complicated ways of preparing these dishes. When people talk about ham and potatoes, they’re generally referring to ham and cheese, ham and potato salad, ham and green beans, ham and hash browns, ham and rice, ham and pasta, and ham and potatoes. But there are a lot of other combinations you can make with these dishes. You can also make your own ham and cheese pie, and if you have some veggie dip and a bag of potato chips, you can make potato chips and dip.
Ham and Tortilla Chips?
Picking sides is always a pain. You get it wrong and you have to start over. But with sandwiches, you just have to get it right once. That’s because of the long tradition of “correct” sandwiches. Two pieces of bread, ham or cheese, and a pickle or tomato on the side. In the past, it was thought that, of the two, the bread and cheese combination was the superior option. But, because the bread can soak up the pickle juice, many believe that it’s the bread with the pickle juice that leads to the best sandwich.
Ham and Peaches?
There are a number of ways to serve ham. Ham is a cured pork leg that is typically served either as a ham sandwich or as a breakfast item. Peaches are in season in late summer and early fall, and are a great companion to ham. They’re sweet, have a distinctive flavor, and they can be served as a snack, a dessert or in a salad.
Ham and Salad?
The saying “ham and salad” is attributed to George Washington. And while it’s true that ham and salad is one of the main combinations of a diet, there is more to it than that. When used properly, ham and salad can be a tasty combination that helps to maintain overall good health.
Ham and Noodles?
Ham and noodles is a classic breakfast dish that is commonly eaten in China. It is made from ground ham, flour, salt, and water. Some cooks will use Chinese mushrooms as well. This dish has a lot of health benefits. It is a good source of protein, iron and zinc. The iron in ham can help to prevent anemia. The protein in ham can help to build muscle and strengthen bones. Zinc is important for growth and the immune system. Chinese mushrooms are said to have many health benefits. There are many mushrooms in the wild in the mountains. One mushroom in particular is called white cloud ear mushroom. This mushroom has a nutty taste and is also high in protein.
